You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the agreement.

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount that is in proportion to what has been provided up to the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this agreement, in comparison with the full coverage of the agreement.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of an agreement for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium if we have begun performance of the agreement after you have expressly consented to the commencement of performance of the agreement before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent to the commencement of performance of the agreement.
When purchasing an ITVRUS subscription, you expressly confirm before registration that you consent to the immediate start of the service and that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires after full performance of the agreement. Therefore, after full activation of your ITVRUS subscription (provision of login credentials), no withdrawal is possible. However, you have the option to use the money-back guarantee within the first 7 days (see §4).
